Galvanized Color Coated Coil Description

Our galvanized color coated coil is produced by applying one or more layers of organic paint onto a galvanized steel substrate, then baking to form a durable decorative and protective finish. The galvanized layer provides sacrificial corrosion protection, while the painted top coat offers additional weather, UV and chemical resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Available thicknesses range from 0.12 mm to 2.0 mm, widths from 600 mm to 1250 mm, and zinc coatings from 30 to 275 g/m². We supply standard RAL colors and can match custom colors or provide special finishes such as matte, glossy, wrinkled, wood grain or camouflage patterns. Paint systems include economical PE, mid-durability SMP, high-durability HDP and premium PVDF for harsh environments.

Each coil is inspected for coating thickness, adhesion, color difference, gloss, bendability, zinc coating weight and mechanical properties before shipment. We can provide slitting, sheeting, profiling and other processing services according to project requirements, and deliver with seaworthy packaging to ensure the coils arrive in perfect condition.

Quality & Packaging

Coils are tested for coating thickness, adhesion, color consistency, gloss, T-bend, impact resistance, salt spray resistance and chemical composition on request. They are packed with corrosion-resistant paper, plastic or steel edge protectors, circumferential steel straps and waterproof wrapping for safe long-distance transport. Standard seaworthy export packaging protects the painted surface from moisture and mechanical damage.
