Galvanized Square Steel Tube Description
Our galvanized square steel tubes are produced from high quality carbon steel strip or plate, formed into square or rectangular hollow sections and then galvanized to create a thick, durable zinc layer. The coating bonds metallurgically with the steel substrate, providing long-term protection against rust and atmospheric corrosion in both indoor and outdoor environments.
The tubes feature uniform wall thickness, straight welds, precise corner angles and clean surfaces. They are widely used as structural members, support columns, fence posts, greenhouse frames, guardrails, steel furniture, machinery bases and general fabrication components. Both square and rectangular profiles are available in a wide range of dimensions and thicknesses.
Standard production follows ASTM A500, EN 10219, GB/T 6728 and JIS G3466. Custom sizes, zinc coating weights, lengths, hole punching, cutting and end finishing can be supplied on request. Each batch is inspected for dimensions, zinc layer thickness, straightness and surface quality before packing.

Tubes are checked for outer dimensions, wall thickness, corner angles, straightness, weld quality and zinc coating weight before shipment. Galvanized coatings meet the requirements for atmospheric corrosion protection. Products are bundled with steel straps, wrapped with waterproof cloth or packed in wooden crates for safe ocean transport and easy unloading at the destination.
