Carbon Steel Pipe Description
Our carbon steel pipe is produced from high quality carbon steel strip, plate or billet by ERW (electric resistance welding), LSAW, SSAW or seamless processes depending on diameter and wall thickness. The pipes have uniform dimensions, straight weld seams, smooth surface and reliable mechanical properties, making them suitable for structural, pressure, fluid and general purpose applications.
Round pipe is available from small diameter 10 mm up to large diameter 820 mm, with wall thickness from 0.5 mm to 25 mm. Surface finishes include black (self-colour), oiled, varnished, painted and galvanized to meet different corrosion protection requirements.
Production follows ASTM A53, ASTM A106, API 5L, EN 10210, GB/T 8162, GB/T 8163, JIS G3444 and JIS G3452 standards. We can supply plain, beveled or threaded ends with plastic caps, and provide cut-to-length, hole punching, bending and other processing services. Each batch is inspected for dimensions, wall thickness, straightness, surface quality and mechanical properties before packing.

Quality & Packaging
Pipes are checked for outer diameter, wall thickness, length, straightness, weld integrity and surface finish before shipment. Mechanical tests and chemical composition analysis can be provided on request. Products are bundled with steel straps, protected with plastic caps on ends, wrapped with waterproof cloth or packed in wooden cases for safe ocean transport and easy unloading at the destination.
