Frame Scaffolding System Description
Frame scaffolding — also known as door-frame or H-frame scaffolding — is one of the most popular and economical scaffolding systems for building construction and maintenance. The system is built from prefabricated welded steel frames that are quickly connected with cross braces and platform boards, creating a stable working platform at any required height. The standard unit shown in our product photos measures approximately 1800 mm (length) x 950 mm (width) x 1700 mm (height), and can be stacked vertically and combined with casters to form mobile access towers.
Our complete system includes all the components needed for safe erection: double-wide frames, cross bars, diagonal braces, adjustable feet, 8" casters, external supports, guardrail frames, skirting boards, platform plates and ladder racks. A typical mobile tower configuration can reach a total working height of 9.2 m (as illustrated in our engineering drawing), making it suitable for facade painting, plastering, installation, repair and routine building maintenance.
At Shandong Stark Steel, every frame is manufactured from high-grade structural steel and finished with a hot-dip galvanized coating, giving excellent corrosion resistance and a service life of 10+ years even in outdoor construction environments. Each batch is tested for material grade, weld quality, galvanized coating thickness (average ≥ 45 μm per EN ISO 1461) and load-bearing performance; mill certificates and third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) are available upon request. Packaging: bundle with steel straps and corner protectors, waterproof wrap, seaworthy export packing by 20ft / 40ft container.
